A large, biopharmaceutical company with thousands of employees, and multiple products on the market in multiple countries.

Problem

The extent and complexity of the client’s business operations in each country commercial entity was growing rapidly. As the client increased the penetration of existing product lines and added new product line to its international operations, the day to day tracking of sales and marketing efforts was becoming more important. It was of strategic and financial importance to maximize the client’s operational efficiencies.

Solution

Virtify is currently involved in gathering and analyzing requirements for the implementation of a commercial CRM system across the client’s international locations. The engagement encompasses the common processes, infrastructure, and data requirements to support consistent, extensible, and flexible in-country commercial practices while fitting into a global construct. This is being accomplished following the high-level steps below:

  • Defining the overall business requirements for implementing the system in client’s international offices, specifically the in-country and grouping requirements.
  • Organizing the requirements in a logical fashion (e.g. phases of implementation, grouping functionality by best fit for implementation) and aligning these phases with the available CRM Program resources.
  • Based on the business analysis, implementing the system in a sequential manner across multiple countries.
