A public, global systems company that is a leading supplier of high-performance digital signal and image processing systems in the life sciences and medical imaging areas.

Problem

The client needed expertise is helping shape its offerings in the Life Sciences space based on its proprietary high-performance algorithms and hardware.

Solution

Virtify’s imaging experts and scientific staff helped assess and shape the client’s market offerings, especially relating to the medical imaging, bio/cheminformatics and scientific visualization areas. As part of this engagement, Virtify also performed a number of end user interviews, surveys and technical due diligence meetings. Virtify also provided similar expertise to the client for purposes of performing due diligence on a planned acquisition of an imaging/visualization platform company.
