Virtify Secures $5.5 M in Series B Financing

Cambridge, MA, June 29, 2011 –Virtify, Inc., the market leader in Structured Content Management software solutions, today announced that it has secured $5.5 million in Series B financing. Virtify will use the additional funds to accelerate adoption of its Structured Content Management software suite into the life sciences market by expanding operations, engineering, sales and marketing initiatives.

The old paradigm for managing documents throughout the drug development continuum has changed. Virtify's authoring templates and review processes address today's authoring complexities, allowing seamless preparation of submission-ready documents and other clinical/ regulatory content. Business processes required by Clinical Disclosure, Structured Product Labeling, European Labeling, and Component-Based Authoring and Review are automated by using Virtify’s innovative structured content management approach that combines data and content. This provides organizations with the required content quality while reducing cost, risk and time-to-market.
